Maybe I missed the memo, but I just don’t understand everybody’s sudden infatuation with Twitter. It seems as if everywhere I look, people are ‘tweeting’ about the stupid, mundane, and sometimes horrifying events in their daily lives. Does anyone here use Twitter? And if you do, why?

I don’t use it, but my sister-in-law (who’s a few years younger than me) does. I’m not sure why, but I think it’s useful if you’re on Facebook pretty much all day long. Maybe? I certainly don’t know why you’d want to bother other people with your errands. Or why you’d want to bother updating Twitter all the time.
I’m waiting for the “police catch criminal using his Twitter” headline.
